1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ChineseTattooPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and our services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

The PDF reports and SVG assets provided to you upon purchase are for your personal, non-commercial use only (i.e., for your tattoo). You are granted a limited license to use these files for the purpose of getting a tattoo. You may not resell or redistribute these designs.

3. Service Modifications and Availability

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Services without notice at any time.

4. Purchases and Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars.

5. Refund and Revision Policy

Verification Service: Due to the nature of the service (digital delivery of expert knowledge), verified reports are generally non-refundable once delivered. If we are unable to verify your submission (e.g., unrecognizable gibberish), a full refund will be issued.

Recommendation Service: We offer a "One Free Revision" policy. If the initial recommendations do not meet your expectations, we will provide one round of revisions based on your feedback at no extra cost. Full refunds are not provided for completed recommendation services unless we fail to deliver.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of New Zealand. ChineseTattooPro and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of New Zealand shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
